Fireworks

In accordance with legislation passed by the Municipality of Norristown, Ordinance No. 22-4 of 2022, it has been determined that the use of Consumer Fireworks within the Municipality of Norristown limits would violate the prohibition in the Firework Law and specifically Sections 1106(a)(1.2) and 1104(b)(5) (relating to use of consumer fireworks), and would be contrary to the public interest and harmful to public safety.
